Short Service Commission

- Training Period: 24 Weeks

What is Selection Procedure for PAF Jobs 2024
Initial Selection Procedure
- After applying online, you will be called for initial screening test, to be held at Air Force Selection and Recruitment Center. Initial Screening test includes intelligence and academic test (mention in advertisement).
- Candidates who passed written test will be called for Initial Physical test which includes:
Running (1 Mile in 08 Minutes)
Pushups (15 in 02 Minutes)
Sit-Ups (20 in 02 Minutes)
Chin Ups (03 in 02 Minutes)
- After Physical Test Initial Medical Examination and Interview at Selection Center
Further Selection Procedure:
- ISSB letters are given to initial cleared candidates which need to be filled within 2-3 days and will return to same selection center and completing.
- Within 45 Days you will be called for ISSB Test at any center (Kohat, Malir, Gujranwala, Quetta)
- You will be examined in ISSB for 4 days in different tests
- After 04 Days you will be Recommended or Not-Recommended depends upon your performance
Final Selection Procedure:
- Recommended Candidates will have to undergo Final Medical Examination
- Final Call Letters to be given to successful candidates on merit
