Qualifications and experience:

Thematic expert (Human rights & Labor rights)

Master degree in fields of human rights, administrative science, business administration, or in any other relevant field from national or international HEC recognized university with in depth knowledge of labor principles + at least seven years’ experience in relevant fields

Thematic expert (Environment)

Master degree in environmental science or management, engineering, administrative science, MBA, economics or in relevant fields from national or international HEC recognized university with in depth knowledge of labor principles + at least seven years’ experience in relevant fields

Thematic expert (productivity & quality assurance)

Master degree in industrial engineering, management, quality management, MBA, Supply chain management, economics or in any other relevant fields from national or international HEC recognized university with in depth knowledge of labor principles + at least seven years’ experience in relevant fields

Administrative officer (HR, Admin and accounts)

Bachelor or master degree in commerce, HRM, information technology, business administration, operation management or any other relevant fields from national or international HEC recognized university with in depth knowledge of labor principles + at least three to five years’ experience in relevant fields

Research associates

Bachelor or master degree in economics, business administration, statistics, commerce, finance environmental science, Law, chemical engineering, computer science, information technology, human rights, labor relations, supply chain management or in any other relevant field from national or international HEC recognized university with in depth knowledge of labor principles + at least three years’ experience in relevant fields
