Qualification Requirement:

• LLB/LLM from HEC recognized institute

Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a mandatory 5 years specifically in the telecom sector. Experience in the public sector is preferred.
• The candidate must be registered as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 8 years with any Provincial or Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Bar Council.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 45 Years

Qualification Requirement:

• LLB from HEC recognized institute

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience is required, including expertise in handling litigation, drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements
• The candidate must be registered as an Advocate with any Provincial or Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Bar Council for at least 3 years.
• The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
