Head Marketing Strategy & Branding

Job Summary/ Major Responsibilities

Lead the Development and Implementation of comprehensive brand strategies
Formulate & Execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives
Develop and manage the marketing budget
Collaborate efficiently with business teams, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals
Work closely with marketing services team to oversee the proper execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns
Spearhead the launch and management of social media
Take Charge of Internal & External Communications
Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal & external messages, articles, videos, info graphics and social media content

Eligibility Criteria for BOP Jobs 2024:

Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 09 Years of Experience of Managing strategy teams and strategy initiatives

Age Limit:

Up to 55 Years as of November 24, 2024
